It’s so easy to get caught up in thought. And before we know it we’re down this rabbit hole of ‘what-ifs” and can’t remember what started this trip in the first place. We’re human and it’s very easy to slip into worrying about the future or being stuck in a past memory. Our thoughts determine where we are heading and we need to be able to rope in our mind to the right now. We can do this by silencing our thoughts, by breathing deeply and going inwards, bringing awareness, perspective and calm. By doing some form of meditation daily we become masters of our minds. So find a method that works for you and release the chatter and welcome clarity.
