Listen to your body!

Did you know that our bodies give us warning signs to slow down? That’s right, long before we get “sick” if we look back we would see that our bodies were saying hey take it easy. That slight ache or slight fatigue? That was the hint to relax and give yourself a little love and care. We can get so caught up in going and going and having to get things done, sometimes at the expense of our health. It’s time we reconnect with ourselves and get in tune with our bodies. Let’s pay attention to the warning signs and the gentle nudges we receive to slow down, relax, and practice self love.
